About Us
River Haven Counseling was established in 2021 by Emily Althoff after spending nearly a decade working in community mental health settings. Emily has spent her career working with youth, adults, and families in inpatient, outpatient, and in-home settings. In her practice, Emily specializes in working with those dealing with divorce, substance use and mental illness co-occurring, couples, and conflict.
