About Us

PCL joined the Midwest marketplace in 1978 as a satellite operation of the Denver district. In 1981, the PCL “Minneapolis District,” which includes North Dakota and Minnesota, was officially established. Operations serve the entire Midwest construction market and have a comprehensive local staff of over 100 who provide full-service preconstruction, estimating, purchasing, human resources and marketing services in-house.

PCL serves clients big and small in manufacturing, data centers, aviation, higher education, health care, hospitality, gaming and more.
