My name is Alli Goossens (she/her/hers). I am currently serving as an Assistant Director in the Career and Advising Center at North Dakota State University. I work primarily with internships and co-ops and work to connect students with meaningful, hands-on opportunities within the community and beyond! I hold a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Concordia College in Moorhead and a Master's degree in Counseling and Student Affairs from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Prior to working in Higher Education, I was a high school English teacher and varsity Dance Team coach. Outside of work, you can find me on the golf course!  

Licensed Insurance Agent for over 20 years holding both Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Service Representative designations. 

I work closely with individuals, families and businesses to identify areas of risk and exposure, then select the right products and services for their needs. As a strategic risk management partner, I have the expertise, comprehensive tools and organizational resources to help my customers achieve peace of mind.

Senator Lee has served in the ND Senate since first elected in 1994.  She is chair of the Senate Human Services committee and serves on several other committees and task forces.  Overlapping the Senate terms were years as a Realtor Broker Associate at Park Company, Realtors.  She has a degree in medical technology from UND.  

Shane is the CEO, President, and Board Member with Moore Holding Company, parent corporation to a diversification of engineering services companies. He was president, CEO and a board member for Intelligent InSites (acquired by Infor in 2020) and senior vice president and officer of Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ: OTTR) and president of its diversified holding company, Varistar.

Shane has been a Moore Holding Company board member since 2019, and also serves as a board member and chairman of the audit committee for Dakota Supply Group. He also serves on the board of the NDSU Research and Technology Park. He earned his bachelor’s degree at NDSU, with continuing education in strategy from Harvard Business School.

Anthony is the CEO of Devii, a platform that simplifies and accelerates API development for web developers and software engineers. With more than 15 years of experience in the software industry, he is an expert in web development, API management, UI/UX design, and remote sensing.

As a cheerful visionary, Anthony combines his skills in art, hospitality, leadership, and engineering to move good ideas forward, faster. He is passionate about digital transformation, business development, and software industry behavior. He leads Devii with the goal of offsetting the global software engineer employment shortage and improving the security and durability of API development.

I'm a former journalist turned Advanced Advertising Consultant. I'm an avid golfer, traveler and sports and entertainment fanatic. I spent a few years in the entertainment industry and really grew to love live theater, music and the arts.
I'm very curious about the "why" in people and in business. Being curious has led to many great adventures and I find the most successful people are also the most curious. They also have a little Kipling in them: the ability to walk with kings and keep the common touch. I'm a fan of great writing and music that stands the test of time.

• Brenda Elmer is the Executive Director for the North Dakota Corn Growers Association.  She joined the Association in 2020.She is a graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, MN with a masters degree in public administration, and Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorhead, MN with bachelor degrees in both Mass Communication and Political Science. She has more than 20 years of public policy experience at the federal, state and local levels. Brenda previously served as a North Dakota regional director for a national construction association, worked for a U.S. Senator, served nine years as an elected official on her city council, and has served on numerous local and statewide boards.

As a certified coach I draw from my experience as a successful remote web developer, Toastmaster, and addictions recovery facilitator to help you develop the underlying relational skills necessary for finding liberty from burnout and implementing radical growth. My specialty is in dealing with digital burnout, disengagement, and volatile productivity for remote professionals.

Katie has more than 30 years of marketing experience and serves as the marketing lead for RRVA and ASN Constructors as well as being the Vice President of Marketing for S&B USA Construction. For the FM Diversion Channel project, Katie, along with the marketing team, have a primary goal to promote ASN Constructors, the construction arm of RRVA, with the goal of hiring talent to successfully complete the project.

Katie is a member of the Engineers’ Society of Western Pennsylvania and also the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), where she has earned her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) accreditation. Katie holds a BS in Chemistry from Carnegie-Mellon University and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Allie Juve has been working with the North Dakota Autism Center over the past four years but has experience with developmental disabilities since childhood as her late brother was an individual with global developmental delays. Starting out as a Registered Behavior Technician in the Behavior Services Department, Allie has risen through the ranks to her most recent title of Employee and Community Engagement Manager. She oversees and facilitates multiple areas at NDAC including (but not limited to!): recruiting, onboarding, training, retention, human resources, Enrichment Center activities, and community education. A passionate voice for those who need support, she is excited to continue fostering excellence and growth within the company!

I am a Commercial Account Executive with an ANIS Designation and have worked over 25 years in the Insurance Industry. I am a single mom who's daughter will be graduating from MSUM this May in the field of Psychology. I have a 12 yr old Poodle Mix dog named Shorty who is my constant companion. 

As a higher education leader who drives change, I’m committed to improving the experiences of students and alumni. My career includes success in developing impactful, student-centered programs and coordinating university events that foster engagement and a sense of community. With a focus on advancing institutions’ EDI efforts, I work to ensure that all are represented and feel welcome, while promoting the myriad benefits of a diverse student body and alumni network.

Kelly Kuntz is the Marketing Director at Park Company and is responsible for marketing strategy, campaign planning and elevating both our agents and clients to ensure a successful homebuying or selling experience across the board. She is originally from East Grand Forks MN and attended Bemidji State University before graduating from St Cloud State University with a degree in Communications. She has over 15 years of marketing and event experience.

Professionally, I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Master’s Addiction Counselor in the state of North Dakota. I am the owner of River Haven Counseling and continue to work with North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services providing crisis work. I’ve been in the behavioral health field for over a decade, working in various settings. My educational background consists of a Master of Science degree in Counseling (2016) and a Master of Public Administration degree (2018) from the University of Mary. I have a strong background in family-based intervention and crisis work; sexual assault, family conflict, and behavioral health. Additionally, I have spent time in adolescent and adult substance use programs, adolescent residential settings, family and couples therapy, and I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the North Dakota Family Based Services Association.
