Come learn about and explore Prairie Rose Meadery with other young professionals. Prairie Rose is Fargo's first meadery, owned and operated by Susan and Bob Ruud. Prairie Rose Meadery produces Traditional Mead (honey only), Melomel (Fruit Mead), and Metheglin (Spice Mead) using ingredients mostly from North Dakota.
