Description
As we navigate the complexities of our ever-evolving society, it becomes increasingly crucial to foster understanding, dialogue and solidarity among women of all ages. The Women Connect program was created to empower, inspire, and educate the women of the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo community. For April's Women Connect, The Chamber invites women of all ages and life stages to come together for Women Across Generations, which will feature an intergenerational panel of women all the way from Boomer to Gen Z, who will share their diverse voices and perspectives on the ever-changing landscape of work and leadership through the generations.

- Boundaries
- Typical stereotypes: The good and the bad
- Life outside of the office
Our goal is to create a platform where the diverse voices and perspectives of women from different generations can be heard, celebrated and appreciated. You can expect insightful conversations on topics such as navigating career challenges, leveraging strengths across different generations, fostering collaboration and addressing the changing dynamics of the workplace.
