Soul Space Work is building a new leadership model that values humans, mentorship and connection. After Sarah lost her son, Boyd, she went back to work a completely different person. Instead of pushing her grief aside, she worked to incorporate her humanness into her work and all areas of her life. This experience inspired Sarah to create Soul Space Work, her coaching and consulting firm dedicated to advocating for humans in work and life.

Building a new leadership model puts humans first through mentoring, collaboration and understanding worldview. When we hire and promote leaders to be mentors, we are advocating for our team members, we are building relationships and we are showing we care about them professionally AND personally.
