This session includes action steps and accountability to propel your mentoring journey.

About Jeanne
Jeanne Masseth is the founder of Legacy Talent Development, a company that grows leaders and ignites potential.

For nearly 20 years, Jeanne has brought her passion for mentoring to the workplace. Her wheelhouse is crafting high-impact mentoring programs and leadership think tanks. She works alongside companies to co-create programs that fuel their talent pipeline. From program design and launch, to evaluation and measuring outcomes, she’s with clients every step of the mentoring journey.

Jeanne’s fortunate to have several incredible mentors, as well as to serve a handful of rock-star mentees. She’s a certified mentoring facilitator in addition to maintaining SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations. When she's not working, you’ll find Jeanne cheering on her children’s activities, traveling, running, and enjoying time on the water.
