Join Dr. Tiffany Johnson and her daughter Callyn Johnson as they speak to their connection as mother and daughter and as individual humans. They will share how the depth of their relationship has led them on a path to have deeper conversations, higher standards, and stronger boundaries, to create a unified family that celebrates and supports one another in leading themselves separately. Mental health is beyond a diagnosis of depression, anxiety or the like. It’s the collective of our mind and body, how we listen to it, and how we act upon what we see, feel and hear. It’s about kids, parents, relationships, dealing with outside forces, conversations with our “self,” others and so much more.

Dr. Tiffany Johnson is Chiropractor, Coach and Mentor. She’s owned Healing Touch Chiropractic for the last 17 years. She’s a feeler and a healer with a boldness that agitates you into action. There is no topic or question off limits, and that breeds trust. Her innate intuition will have you asking yourself “wow, is she in my head?” Her patients are like family, which is why this topic of conversation is so important to her. She experiences the highs, lows, and everything in between with the families she touches, whether on the table or in mentorship.

Callyn Johnson is majoring in Psychology at Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) with minors in business and wellness. She is the captain of the MSUM Women’s Soccer team, is a SAAC leader and has a deep desire for holistic health and wellness, mindset and performance. She is a fierce advocate for herself and others, as she is taking the unique way her family leads each other and sharing that perspective wherever she can, on and off the field.
