Women Connect -
Avalon Events Center and livestream | 3:30 p.m.
It's time to give ourselves permission to live our heart's desire, to say no to what doesn't serve us and yes to what fills us up. And it's time to really support each other. Let's cultivate our circles of support and hold on tightly to them. Let's invite radical self care into our own lives and watch the world around us change in response to the love we give ourselves.

What will you learn?
We will consider ways to be more kind and gentle to our bodies and our souls. Let's look at ways we can say no in order to say yes to what matters. Let's challenge ourselves to really commit to listening to our own body - what it is communicating to us. Can we get quiet (meditate) and invite in tools to really tap into the secret garden inside where all our inspiration is waiting. Finally, let's learn to give our emotions the honor and respect they deserve. Our anger, sadness and all our emotions want to speak to us, let them.
