About the presenter
Chris Thompson is the founder and owner of Chris Thompson Coaching, LLC where she works with founders and executive leaders to scale and transform themselves, their teams, their companies and their results. She focuses on mindset coaching mixed with business consulting and speaks publicly on her favorite topic, “The Lead Large Mindset.” She has clients in the USA, Asia Pacific and Europe.
Chris has many years of experience leading and building high-performing global teams, leading large global transformations and developing leaders. She has held senior leadership global roles within Microsoft, has been the director of leadership development for Team North Dakota working with the governor’s office and spent the earlier portion of her career teaching in inner city Houston and on the border in south Texas.
Chris resides in West Fargo with her husband, 15-year-old daughter, horses and other pets and is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, where she focused on international business and education. When Chris isn’t working, coaching people to amaze themselves or spending time with family, she can be found riding horses (actually, more like cleaning stalls), doing anything outside, learning, and spending time at the lake with friends.
