Change is the only constant in life. How many times have we heard that? But it’s so hard! We go through these changes at home or work and sometimes we end up hurting ourselves, our companies, and the ones we care about because we don’t know how to get through it or help each other. Sometimes as a solution, we hear “suck it up and deal with it,” but the truth is, it’s complicated. People feel, think, and act in different ways going though transitions. By understanding where you are in the relationship with change, you can be aware of how to navigate through it by managing feelings, leading yourself, and inspiring others to follow.
