Perfectionism is also the leading fatal disease among women 18 to 100 (Pennsylvania Conference for Women 2019). Whether it is in the workplace environment or everyday life, attendees at this session will benefit from learning how to enable the presence of imperfection and thriving. Thriving is not the absence of imperfections, but rather the mindfulness of such.
