Suicide is hard to talk about. Hard to understand. Hard to accept. But we still need to talk about it and seek to understand. Join us at this FREE webinar for a conversation with licensed therapist Gabby Hagen as we discuss the realities of life that can lead some to suicide and, more importantly, how we can be helpful to those who are struggling. Attendees will be able to gain insights into the current prevalence of mental health issues in our society, including suicide and suicidal ideations, identify behaviors and attitudes that are red flags for suicide, and increase their confidence in asking people hard questions. This free session will start at noon Central on Wednesday, Jan. 11, and will include time for questions and answers.
