September's Event
In today's diverse and dynamic workforce, understanding different generations' unique perspectives and challenges is necessary for collaboration, innovation and productivity. During this event, we will engage in an insightful panel discussion featuring leaders from four distinct generational cohorts, as they explore how their experiences, values and expectations shape their approach to work. The morning will engage the audience with polling questions, address generational stereotypes and have some honest candor around real-life tribulations in the workplace around work ethic, and communication styles.
