In this free webinar, participants will learn what all the letters stand for and why we should (or shouldn’t?) use them, identify what an “ally” is and process what that means for them personally, and discover ways to make your workplace welcoming and safe for all people. The odds of someone not knowing a person who is LGBTQ+ are slim to none. Knowing how to show respect and acceptance for one another is paramount. Join this conversation as we discuss the challenges people face when they identify as LGBTQ+ and what we all can do to make our workplace accepting, safe, and supportive.
