Self-care: The Overlooked Competency
Join us for an interactive conference exploring self-care research, strategies and interventions for use with our clients and our professional selves. Select from a variety of interesting sessions, hear from experts familiar with self-care strategies and learn realistic methods to implement self-care in your life in valuable ways. There will be an hour and a half of ethics training devoted to self-care and boundaries during the conference.
The conference is ideal for anyone interested in gaining knowledge, skills and strategies for incorporating self-care into their professional and personal lives including licensed social workers, social service professionals, healthcare professionals, chaplains, pastors, church leaders, counselors, therapists and more.
ND and MN social workers receive 9.0 CEUs for two day attendance, and 6.0 CEUs for one day attendance.
