SPOOKY BALLETS 2023 We head back to the Fargo Theatre stage in October with our season opening production of Spooky Ballets! This audience favorite production will feature a variety of dance concert pieces with a spooky feeling. We are casting a spell this season with our “Witches and Wizards” theme, with a feature performance of “Exhibition at the Museum” (an original work by Artistic Director, Matthew Gasper). You will also see new works by Colby Foss with live accompaniment of an original piece by cellist Ian Cooke. Emcee and Choreographer, Patrick Kasper will also dance his way to the stage with a high energy spooktacular piece, and dancing alongside guest performer and former FMBallet company member, Mateo Leslie. We are ready to add some chills and thrills to your October with this production. Don’t miss this unique Halloween inspired production. Audience members are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costume for this production. We will hold a costume parade and prizes will be given to the winners. This show is recommended for mature audiences. Children MAY attend, but please know your own child’s scare level. While we don’t feel there is much “scare” in this season’s production, we know everyone’s level of scare can be different. There is no gore in this production. Warning: there is a jump scare in one of the pieces being performed.
