Join us at this annual event that brings our community together to ask questions of our local city's leaders and talk about our region's growth, goals and priorities. Where are we headed? What challenges do we face and what successes can we celebrate? We will have our local mayors representing their cities to provide updates, including Mayor Bernie Dardis in West Fargo, Mayor Johnathan Judd in Moorhead, Mayor Tim Mahoney in Fargo and Dilworth Mayor Chad Olson. Don't miss out on this community-wide conversation.

We'll once again conduct live polls to ask the audience what issues you think are most pressing. Last year 41% of attendees said that workforce was the most important challenge in our region, followed by behavioral and mental health and opioid addiction in second for the first time, overtaking flood protection. Will the tides turn this year? Share your voice and weigh in!

In addition to presentations from the mayors, live polling and Q&A, you can also expect to get a hot breakfast with every registration and the opportunity to network with your peers and our region's leaders.
