The FMWF Chamber, in partnership with Primacy Strategy Group, is thrilled to announce the dates of our 2021 Policy Outlook Series. This event series will take place from December 6 to December 8, and each day will feature an hour and a half to two hour panel of key state or federal lawmakers in their respective areas of focus for a Q&A session on current and upcoming policies. This event will be open to the public at no charge. Invitees include the Governors, ND & MN Congressional Delegates, and local state legislators.

Minnesota: Monday, December 6 | 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Hear from Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minnesota's District 4 legislators about priorities for the 2022 legislative session. Critical topics that will be a part of this session include bonding, budget surplus, and the state of the economy.

Opening Remarks: Governor Tim Walz
Panelists: Senator Kent Eken, Representative Paul Marquart, and Representative Heather Keeler.
Federal: Wednesday, December 8 | 1 to 3 p.m.

Hear from Minnesota and North Dakota congressional delegations as they discuss what is taking place in Washington, D.C. relating to the region’s top issues: energy, infrastructure and agriculture.

North Dakota: Thursday, December 9 | 9 to 10:30 a.m.

Hear from North Dakota Governor and North Dakota’s Cass County legislators about the 2021 Special session and priorities for the 2023 legislative session. Critical topics that will be a part of this session include Special session, American Rescue Plan Act Funds, redistricting, federal infrastructure funding, and the state of the economy.
