It is no secret that we are working longer hours and pushing ourselves to the limits at our workplace. The busy pace of day-to-day life has the potential to wear us all down unless we learn how to manage stress and achieve an optimal work-life balance. The Village Business Institute is offering a training seminar on Managing Stress and Work-Life Balance from 8:30 a.m. to noon Friday, Oct. 25, at the Avalon Events Center, 2525 9th Ave. S., Fargo. Clinical Associate Julie Vandrovec, MS, LPC, will share tools and strategies to take care of yourself so you can be present in the workplace and help the organization succeed. Discover how to create a healthy work environment for employees.
