Layers of Loss

Description

Most of us have experienced a loss through death, but what about other types of loss? The pandemic has caused more losses than ever. How do we cope with the loss of normalcy, structure, routine and more? In this class, participants will talk about different types of losses and ways to manage loss for ourselves and those around us. This virtual class is free and open to the public. Registration is required by one day prior to the class date.
