International Women Build Day is a global event focused on building and improving homes and raising awareness of affordable housing issues facing women and their families. Across the world, Habitat affiliates, Lowe’s and thousands of women volunteers will come together the week leading up to International Women Day to help women in their communities build their way out of poverty.
Join us on March 4th, as we build window and door frames for our 2020 homes. Our 2020 homes will be in partnership with single moms, so this is a fantastic way to support your fellow females in our community.

About Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity
Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity is a locally-run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing organization. Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. The local affiliate was established in 1991 and is dedicated to building simple, decent, affordable housing in partnership with those in need in Cass and Clay counties. To date, we have built 63 homes in Cass/Clay and contributed to 37 international homes through our tithe program. In 2020, we will be building 2 homes in Moorhead.
