Those that have The Village Employee Assistance Program can utilize one EAP session to cover the group. If you are not a part of The Village EAP, there is a self-pay option for $80 to cover both sessions.

This group is for people 18 and older who want to improve their mental well-being with plants! It may be especially helpful to those struggling with mental, physical, or social issues. The goals of horticulture therapy are to help people build confidence, increase compassion, and incorporate nature into their life more. Some additional benefits of plant therapy may include: - Stress reduction - Improving memory - Strengthening coordination - Problem-solving skills Horticulture therapy, or plant therapy, is the practice of utilizing plants in a therapeutic setting that promotes the health and healing of individuals. Participants will attend from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Wednesday, June 21 and 28, at The Village, 2701 12th Ave S., Fargo.
