Fargo Community Water Tower Conversations

Description

There’s an opportunity to elevate public art above Fargo’s horizon: a new water tower will replace the blue tank on 7th Ave North near University in 2021 and we, as a community, get to design an image on this noticeable canvas.  We’re hosting community conversations to learn what Fargo means to you.
