As our community?s demographics continue to evolve, it is fundamental to the growth and sustainability of our metro and our businesses, that we work together to create an inclusive environment that engages all individuals. Join us for this important discussion where our speakers will reflect on where our business community may be falling short and ways that we can best support a diverse workplace through our missions, strategies and practices. We will be joined by a diverse set of individuals representing different ages, ethnicities and genders, who will share their personal experiences as well as professional advice.
