We tell ourselves that when we learn enough or know enough, we will be growing and our businesses will follow suit. But if we are honest with ourselves (and why wouldn’t we be?), chasing training and learning doesn’t always produce the result on the bottom line. So what's missing?

Jodee Bock has been called a boat rocker, a people enhancer and a catalyst for evolution, all thanks to her ability to bring new perspectives to common ways of thinking. Jodee’s role as Director of People Development at BNG Team allows her to encourage people to practice 'riskful' thinking as opposed to mere wishful thinking. As an author and keynote speaker, she challenges people to think beyond their reasons, leaving audiences with new insights, along with ideas for turning their knowledge into action.

Her podcast Circle Up and Get REAL provides weekly thought-provoking ideas as well as inspirational interviews to give listeners an additional avenue from which to grow in their awareness and effectiveness. She is a co-facilitator for Vibe Masterminds and continues to facilitate additional Mastermind study groups, both in-person and virtually.
