Holiday Inn Fargo and livestream | 11:30 a.m.
We continue to see the job market shifting, with a surplus of available roles, yet a deficiency in the workforce. This means we need to learn to take better care of the employees we have. How do you keep your employees not only engaged, but also loving their job? You should focus on getting your employees to a level of satisfaction where they ignore that recruiting call and their mind doesn’t wander to thoughts of a shiny, new job. Think about it this way: how do we care for our own lawn so well that the green doesn’t even look greener on the other side? What are the keys to true, multi-generational employee engagement? The cost of acquiring a new employee is 40-150% of their annual salary. The cost to effectively retain good employees? Priceless! Really, though, it costs less than 10% of annual salaries to retain employees. In our time together we’ll learn the three keys to keep employee’s engaged as well as the tools your leaders need to successfully carry out these keys.
