Description

Today’s business environment is filled with unexpected challenges and setbacks. Few of us are in a position to change the environment in which we operate; we can only control how we prepare and respond to it. Creating a resilient organization that can successfully ‘bounce back’ and grow from adverse experiences has become increasingly critical. For leaders who hope to accelerate performance and capitalize on change and uncertainty, it’s moved from highly desirable to absolutely crucial.

Bethany Berkeley - Business Training September

Research in the area of resilience as it relates to the workplace is relatively new but growing fast, and Dale Carnegie is at the forefront. A recent survey found that only 46% of employees demonstrate the attitudes and behaviors that characterize a high level of resilience.

Join us for this session to learn how to develop resilience in your people, teams and across your organization.

This month's speaker:

Bethany Berkeley

President and Managing Partner
Dale Carnegie ND and MN

What will you learn?

  • Consider the topics of stress and resilience in light of current events.
  • Discuss practical tactics for reducing stress and unleashing the power of resilience to overcome adversity.
  • Examine related evidence by Dale Carnegie and others.
