Using that information, we will discuss how to match the problem to the best solutions. You will find out how a shift in thinking and the application of a specific process can save the pain of recurring performance issues in increase your team and organization’s effectiveness.

About the presenter
Jess Almlie has been working to increase the effectiveness of people and organizations for over 20 years. Currently, Jess serves as the Vice President for Learning Experience at Discovery Benefits, a WEX Company where she is instrumental in developing and sharing vision for effective learning. Jess holds a bachelor’s in Organizational Communication from Concordia College, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from North Dakota State University and a certificate in Human Performance Improvement through the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Jess is a past chair of the Chamber’s Business Training committee and currently volunteers as a board member for the North Dakota chapter of ATD.
