About the presenter
Heather Ostrowski is an Organizational Development Specialist for Gate City Bank. She brings over 20 years of experience in management, sales, speaking, writing and interpersonal professional development. She is a joyful connector of people to other people or resources they may need and serves as a public speaker on a variety of topics to diverse audiences. She also enjoys working for companies that support giving back to our communities and has been involved in organizations including; TNT, FMHRA, Disrupt HR, United Way, Salvation Army, #CyInFargo, Chamber Leadership and Ambassador, Great Plains Food Bank and The Ronald McDonald House.

Ethan Ostrowski is a student at Moorhead High School and he has researched and spoken on the topic of Generation Z for: Disrupt HR, FMHRA and ND Governor’s Workforce & HR Conference.

They both enjoy living in Moorhead and playing ball with; little brother, Adam; dad, Jeremy and their two labradoodles.
