Description

Business Training

Tuesday, November 13 | 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Hilton Garden Inn Fargo

The demands of digital marketing never end. Our time and resources are consumed with feeding and maintaining our digital channels, juggling new projects, keeping ahead of the competition, analyzing our efforts, and developing skills we definitely didn’t learn in college.

Despite our hard work and best intentions, our digital efforts sometimes fall short. We design websites that look great, but lack digital and content fundamentals. We focus on individual channels and campaigns, but don’t fully consider how they all fit together. We overlook basic (and sometimes boring) customer needs and questions. We assume our related technology systems are intuitive and simple. We think accessibility is all about technology. We don’t guide our audiences to the next step in their journey.

This session will outline actionable solutions to these gaps, and help you create digital experiences that are more connected, intuitive and audience-focused.
