Breaking the Ice is a platform for inclusive and equitable dialogue with the many cultures of the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo region. Various exhibitors will be present, offering valuable information and resources for attendees to take with them.
Designed to tackle the five Social Determinants of Health (SDoH), the Breaking the Ice Summit will focus on:
Healthcare Access and Quality,
Education Access and Quality,
Social and Community Contexts,
Economic Stability, and
Neighborhood and Environment.
SDOH are the conditions that impact a person's health and quality of life. Not knowing how to navigate the SDOH can cause health disparities and inequities. Breaking the Ice offers resources and opportunities to address each SDOH.
The Breaking the Ice Summit is more than just a gathering; it's a catalyst for change. People from all cultures can come together to access vital information that can improve their well-being. It symbolizes inclusivity and equity and embodies unity and opportunity, aiming to leave a lasting impact on individuals and communities across the region.
